A network. It can be a trap. An accidental sum of small meshes which mechanically absorb victims unaware of the threat. It can also create a dynamic system of multidimensional links in a thoughtful, organised but open way. A community of creative individuals, pursuing the chosen objectives. Which path is the ERGO Hestia following? Now, you may try to subjectively answer this question. The design of the report summarising the company’s anniversary year, was again handed to the finalist of the Hestia Artistic Journey competition – Hanna Dyrcz. Her view is fresh and supported by a solid body of research. The analysis is an attempt to capture complex business processes passed through the filter of connections, dependencies and human interaction.
